Here's my current collection of Soundwave and the various cassettes. I've been collecting since November 2013, though I had a Soundwave and Buzzsaw as a kid. It's getting a bit crowded, but I'll probably do tiers before I commit to another shelf. When I get some time, I'll try to post some individual and group pics. Thanks for looking!

What's the story with the Overkill-Grimlock? Custom job, or KO? Looks pretty clean if it's the former.

Thanks all. I did the Overkill/Grimlock myself based on a version I saw by FrogDNA, except I didn't paint over the screws and rivets. I still haven't found the KO colored dino-cassettes at a price I like, so I settled on the all black versions. I applied their stickers and gave them all an Autobot logo.

As a huge Soundwave fan, and working on completionist, I'm pretty jealous of several pieces.

Where'd you get the dino cassettes if you don't mind telling me? I scour Ebay all the time, but even the KOs hardly ever pop up.

This gentleman has two of the ko dinocassettes.

 

Why is blackcat folded up on the end? I love that little green and blue guy. Another custom job by you?

Actually, that's just a green KO Steeljaw. Since the 5 in 1's don't fit in the G1 Soundwave, it's both the first and last one I'll pick up. The cassette on the left is Savage. I pretty much agree with all the negative reviews for him.

 

Whats with the constructicon colored frenzy/rumbles? It appears to be different mold from your other rumbles?

 

They're the BTS Minions. They have a G1 look and feel - I like em. There's also a Frumble redeco version that I just picked up.

 

Collection as of July 6. Newest additions include Tremble and Frequency, KO Transparent Orange Condor and Frumble, and a Microcassette Red/White Frumble.

the masterpiece cassettes fit in nicely too. they are the same size as the g1 cassettes and you need the igear autoscout.
