I just hope that they don't make the movie one big music video.

All those bands suck pretty hard, IMHO.
I'll only be getting the SCORE.

Sounds like "music inspired by the Movie" rather than music in the movie. I bet some of those will be heard coming out of Bumblebee at some point, though. His whole voice thing is just asking to be used that way.

It was also listed on the TF Wiki, but its nice to have proper confirmation.

I just hope the Smashing Pumpkins song doesn't suck, as they're really the only credible group on this.

Just listened to that Mute Math song...I'll just say that it doesn't annoy me. Wouldn't buy it though.

well I recognize julien k from the soundtrack for sonic heroes (sega xbox ps2 gamecube) and that was enjoyable back then. Some of these look good but with all the mp3 pirateing shinagans lately the price for this cd will go over my head.

Was'nt there also supposed to be a re release of the original movie soundtrack with two new tracks?

What they need is a Wierd Al song, made for this movie. That would be cool.

What's interesting to note is that almost all of these bands are on Warner Bros. labels. So maybe they didn't go very far to assemble the list.

For most of the tracks, I'll wait to hear them before I make any judgments. The Linkin Park one I already heard on Minutes to Midnight and, while it's the best song on that crappy album, it's not a great track. Smashing Pumpkins just flat out suck, so I'm pretty sure that track will be horrible as well.

    ?!?
Maybe if you said that about this mutemath or taking back sunday I could see your point but Linkin Park has been around for about six years or so, I'm guess could be longer, on the billboards. That would be one long month.
