Spike has got a bit of a potty mouth when he said "shit" before getting abducted by Unicron. I wonder if they'll keep it in the anniversary edition. In all fairness to Spike, I'm taking a shit as I post this thread.

I don't even get what the fasination with that scene is all about. Spike said "shit", OOOoooooOOOOoooO!

Sure, it might have been a big deal in 1986 when people still cared about that sort of thing, but it's 2006, nobody cares if you say shit.

Take Man of the Year for exapmle. Shit is said FIVE times in less than 10 seconds. Maybe even less than 5.....

Regardless, wash your laptop. E. Coli is spread by bacteria in feces.

It hardly even matters on television any more. Any South Park fan can remember the "Night of 1000 Shits," which anded up including 200-300 utterances of "shit" in a half hour episode.

I guess the thing about this scene is about how long it took those that released the retail media of it to include that word again in the scene. I may be wrong, but I don't think I ever saw an American VHS release of it that included it, then when the DVD came out that scene was titled "Swear word" and it was the first unedited (as far as I remember) release.

Now that we're back to "family values" issues again where many are trying to protect their kids from anything half offensive, I too was wondering if it would be edited out again in this new release.
