Cullen and Welker are definitely voicing that display. No doubt about it. That doesn't automatically mean that Welker is doing any other voice work in the film (except for the confirmed Soundwave voice). This could be more like the video game, where they use him just as a nod to the old schoolers. But I remain hopeful! And it's just plain awesome to hear those voices when walking near that EPIC display!

It has been said that Mike Patton of Faith no More/ Fantomas/ Mr. Bungle fame is voicing MIXMASTER.

So maybe Devastator is Patton's voice?
