so i love avatar (the show btw is one of my faves) so i'm cinda wery on seeing the movie as i hear its treible but thats what i was told abot G.I. Joe TROC but i like it more or less so .....
No. Everything that made the cartoon so good is completely absent in the movie. Hell, they don't even pronounce "Aang" right because M. Night changed it for some stupid reason
I personally haven't seen it, but the common fan opinion (on reddit at least) is that there never was a movie. That should say something about its quality.
wut. Anyway, that movie is terrable. Barley anything shows from season 1, and the multi-races in the movie was odd. Did Shamalon show in the movie? He usually does.

Don't. A lot of reviewers I watch said this movie made them pass on the show. Don't watch it. It'll make everything different. When I watched it, I just left during the first 10 minutes once I realized it was post-converted 3D. Those NEVER WORK!
He changed it to be like the Asian pronounciation, but I wouldn't see it, M. Night made so many stupid changes, I recommended watching this review The Last Airbender
NO NO NO NO NO!! This is comming from a person that has watched all 3books of the Cartoons as well as watching the 2nd series which is Legend of Korra. I beg you not to go watch the movie. It has terrible actor and they can't even pronounce the name right, they gave firebenders a source! (Ok I can understand that but still!) It is just not worth watch nor is should it ever be in 3-D
Er..Don't want to bash your or anything but you should really give the show a try again. It may not be ask epic as the first show, but it is still worth watching for any fans that was a fan of Avatar the last Airbender.
Don't. It's an awful film that doesn't hold a candle to anything that the series did right. The fights are horribly choreographed (how the hell do you mess up martial arts with elements, seriously?), the bending is badly done (earthbenders can only move a small rock and wall, firebenders need a fire source to bend etc.) and many scenes are terribly executed in such a way that where they should be meant as serious, somehow come off as unintentionally funny., Maybe Shyamalan had good intentions, but whatever the case he royally fucked up and as far as I'm concerned, the final product pisses all over the source material and then some.
Would you rather have a retread of the previous show?Cause the reason they did that was to avoid having the show tell the same story as the original just in a different setting.
