    There is no online play.

I have it on Dreamcast. Soul Calibur 4 is weeks away. Why would I waste 800 space bucks?

Yeah, with SC4 coming out I couldn't imagine buying SC on XBL. For 400 points, maybe, but sure as shit not 800.

I was reading up on this game just last night (SCIV that is) and the armor damage is a nice touch. The character creator is nice I am hoping for a great weapon master mode now. Hoping for Kratos to make the PS3 version but Darth will have to do. I plan I getting to fighters this year this being the first and MK v/s DC being the second. That should be plenty of fighting for this year.

I got it. Don't really care for online play and I didn't enjoy SC2 and 3 as much.

Really wish I would have waited for reviews. Every damn thing is already unlocked. There's no mission mode and no customizable intro. There's no damn point for me to play the game now other than to not feal like I waisted my money. I was really looking forward to going through and unlocking all the characters, stages, and art.

As much as I like Vader, Kratos would have not only fit the Style of the game, but in the case of Sophetia, even the period. Damn, I wish this had been the case.

I bought it the other night, but only because I had company and didn't know what else to play. It's a nice game if you've got people on your console locally.

I bought it also. I wanted to freshen up a bit. I'm getting the PS3 version. Screw Yoda. Also, I'm used to playing every Soul game on the PS controller, since the days of Soul Blade.

Damn, Shipley has my survival score beat by 3 wins. He has 36 and only have 33. It's hard to keep winning match after match, especially when you only get back some of your health from the previous round. There's an achievement for getting something like 25 wins in Extra Survival. Basically, you just have to get the first hit in. I haven't even got close.

If it was Soul Edge/Blade and Calibur I'd get it for historical purposes, but Calibur by itself? Nah.

Especially since I already have the DC version, and also the mechanics are CREAKING. I'll wait for SC4... and even then I might not get it. SC3 left me terribly disappointed.

You can exploit the system by turning the health to infinite and winning by ring outs. To lazy to try it.

Got to get the Edge of Sword....edge of sword...to carry on...carry on!

If that game ever comes to PSN PS3/PSP, they better include the intro, though I'm sure they would, as games like Wild Arms have it.
