They seem to frequent Toys R' Us and Kay-Bee a lot. There's also the internet (which is sometimes arguably cheaper).
I've seen them around, and a friend of mine has some. I was never interested myself. I more focused on the sonic X plushies. If it's hard and robotic I demand plastics and metal. Transformers, Megaman, Gundam, Zoids and so on. If it's soft and fuzzy I prefer plush. I am strange like that.
Actually Pemmy, you tend to get better prices at K*B. Have you seen the prices some people are asking for these things? Particularily the shortpacks like Rouge and Cream?! And add in shipping as well. As for my collection:
Well, it depends on the figures really. More common figures like Sonic, Knuckles, and Shadow are usually pretty cheap online. While rarer figures like Rouge and Cream go for more. Nothing wrong with plushes, GigatronSama. Lord knows I have quite a collection of plushes, myself.
I have that super articulated Shadow figure, but that's about it. It was cheap so I was willing to give it a try...but DAMN is it a PoS. I had to actually exchange em three times cause all the ones in the store were all messed up it was ridiculous. I also find it funny that out of their 20(?) points of articulation, 6 of them are located on his head. ...and is Tails rubbing Rouge's ass?
I've got Rouge and Knuckles. Rouge has this horrible problem of not being able to stand without support of some kind.
Hmmm ... i dont really like the idea of Rouge having those "sexy" breasts ... Afterall, it is a kid toy and not a hentai-figure
Yeah, one of the problems the figures have is that Toy Island seems so obsessed in replicating the character design and pose (especially the pose), that it causes the character to have problems (ironically) posing. Rouge can stand on her own if you lean her forward a bit... which is really hilarious when you think about it.
