That was really pretty good. Your songs on myspace are also really good. Im getting a huge Tool/A perfect Circle vibe! Good stuff!

I do have a couple suggestions about "game over"; speed it up just a little and i'd drop it down to 'C' for a real deep chuncky chunck during the Super Mario part, other than that, I really like it!

Ok, Ive been listening to your band while typing so I aslo want to ask, What kind of shows have you guys played? I only ask becasue I really think this sound good, very profesional. And you guys should be doing a lot because I could see you going far.

wow thanks for the compliments guys the market is very limited here.
we go out and play and nobody notices... we promote online all the time...
currently this market has no new rock stations
but we are starting to play out of state..
    thanks for the suggestions, too!

Do you all have a promotor or agent?

Alot of bands here that dont have them hook up on the music forums. Just about every city has it's own local forum. Could copy this thread into all of them.
A good way to get your name across a city without actually playing there.
Promoters do alot of fishing on those , looking for someone to cash in on.

Could also try sending Microsoft a cd.
They always have their door open for game musicians for their games.
Try Sony out too. Or hell, send one to all the gaming companies, one of them might pick you up for a project.

Do you guys have a press package? If not, you should get one together including bios of all the members, individual pics as well as a full group shot, and ofcourse recorded material and video of a performance.

Playing out a lot really helps you get stage experience but I say go right for the throat! Get together a good size list of record labels and their HR departments and start sending your packets out! Try to set up shows in an area where there are labels around like L.A. and try to get the word out! Whats the worst that could happen? Back in 2001 My band managed to get the attention of Foodchain records, extasy records, and Warner bros records. Somehow we managed to get them to come to a show we played in Hollywod and it led to meetings/lunches that...never... went... anywhere... primarily due to; being young (the oldest member of the band was 18), dumb, and gullible to the person who represented us who insisted that we not go with an indepndent lable (foodchain) and hold out for an offer with Waner (which never came). afterwards we fired that bitch and everything sort of fell apart after that. Sense then we've all grown up and have gone our seprate ways and I wish we could do it over again...

anyway, sorry to give you my life story and I dont know if you even want/need advise on how to get things going I just see huge potential with you guys! Good luck!

Oh again I dont know if you want or care but heres a link to my ex-bands myspace page Intrepid on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Downloads Im the bass player. It was created by our drummer who made it as a tribute page that he, unfortunately, gave up on and stopped logging onto. So I might start a new page in the future.

    All the best

good stuff! we're working on getting hookups in Atlanta to play as it's close

we have the press packets and have sent some out it's a slow thing.
but youtube seems to be kicking game over has quite a few plays.
thanks to you guys and maybe facebook... lol
as far as a label goes... I don't care really. if we get out there and make money at it great!
if not then just having people like you say they liked our work is great to me!
I just want to leave my mark... don't care if it's not a huge mark.
and at 31... I may just be too old for a label to care anyway.
baby steps... I just need to hold this band together... too many have passed through my life and everytime a name is changed that's square one!

what I want is some satellite radio play!
