So Tony_B sent me a TON of Japanese magazines from 1999/2000/2001 that featured Tokusatsu things (for TokuNation.com) obviously. But upon reviewing some of the material, I noticed two things... There's a Microman-looking set of figures that have two accessories that you could purchase ... a repainted Micromaster Countdown playset as well as Action Master Optimus Prime's truck. This is the first time I have ever seen or even heard of those toys being used in another toyline. Like I said ... images to follow later on. But has anyone seen or even heard of these before?
I've definitely seen the Action Master Prime Truck repurposed in the Microman line. Forgot where exactly though.
The Action Master Optimus Prime truck is colored in green hues, while the Countdown is basically all green/gray as opposed to blue/gray with Transformers.
Yeah I bought the Countdown way back when I was all into Microman. I almost bought it from Choppaface in fact.

The AM Prime truck was 2000 as I remember it advertised on a sheet with the first lot of Car Robot figures. I got the sheet with Wildride (X-Brawn)
I have the AM Prime truck. And I remember seeing the Countdown base for sale at a Botcon ~2001-2002-2003 range. Considered buying it, but passed.
