i got him yesterday, while he wasn't the best of the tf's i got yesterday, he is still pretty cool, and worth buying, i also have preordered his decepiticon version as well.

great toy, though my favorite of the universe guys is still blades lol!

widely available, as far as i know, as he is in the same case as silverbolt  

 

powerglide is definitely worth buying...ok, i was surprised that he was an ultra class figure..
and surprised that he was not gonna be more red, like the takara version....but i think that if its gonna be that big, it would look pretty silly and a bit too much fully red..so i think this paint job looks better..the unique transformation is just awesome, i love it...and overall its a great take on the G1 character...there's not much not to love in this, IMO

then again, i buy a lot of my transformers from bbts, during their sales, lol with out the boxes and what not, lol so it may double, it may not, i guess it depends on how many people want him, or how many people sell it, after the henkei version comes out.

 

I say get him. Yeah, he is quite bulky in the torso area due to where the plane parts go but he has an involved & satisfying transformation. His Hasbro color scheme is slightly more realistic than all red like his G1. His bigger size lends to more credibility that he can take on more than two seekers in an aerial dogfight like his tech spec suggests (if you care about that point at all). His larger than minibot size also allow for more fantastic detail on the figure as well. And if you're in the US the Hasbro version is less than half of what the Henkei version will cost even before shipping!
