    Two years ago(I was almost 27), my doctor told me I was on the verge of a heart attack due to external circumstances. I got everything back in line via diet and controlling my emotional state. Same thing occured last year, but once again I got things back under control.

    That being said, I don't think you're in any such state because your doctor told you YOU AREN'T. Relax, and stop stressing over the symptoms. I'd honestly go out on a limb and diagnose GAS. Yes, gas. You won't necessarily feel it like "normal" gas. It can manifest in your esophagus, causing upper-body pain and discomfort; as well as arythmia.

    Relax, and enjoy life.

    I still maintain that all my guidance was entirely appropriate. But that whining thing just seems to be working out for you, so mebbe I was wrong.
