Milk and Soap Studios - Sofubi Optimus Prime - Transformers News - TFW2005
ugh, another transformer that DOESN'T transform! Might as well just calling them Formers because they only seem to HAVE 1 FORM!
any idea why this one is so much cheaper than the original ones that came out that were about 150-200$? The originals were 12".. how big is this one?
For some reason, the words \"Unwanted Repaint\" come to mind.
Is the chest filled with candy? worth $10 bucks if its filled with some crazy japanese, weird flavored candy.
No way this is only $10... There\'s not a Sofubi on the planet that is that cheap.
Maybe it's $10 to preorder?
I guess they couldn't get away with it, but... wouldn't a beer theme make more sense?
Is there a collector out there who's so into milk that he thinks this is a cool idea? (when a lot of adults are plain lactose intolerant, and there's growing evidence that milk isn't even necessary for a healthy diet)
I don't think we need more milk propaganda. It's hard not to see this as that.
Go home Optimus; we don't want your milk.
This "arguement" is as old as time and hasn't gained any traction with it.
Transformers is a franchise, not just a descriptor. There's obviously going to be non-transforming merchandise just like any brand has off-colour merch.
at $10 ( assuming the price is correct) it might actually be priced at what it ought to be unlike most vinyls. Mind i still have on interest but at least I will not scoff at the price this time.
At $10...I'd be tempted, if just for the novelty alone. But since it's coming from Japan, it'll probably be at least $20 after shipping.
Where is there official, Japanese language website to see this? Some random Facebook page isn\'t going to help me track this down on Japan.
(Source: - https://m.facebook.com/soapstudiohk/#!/soapstudiohk/about/?ref=page_internal&mt_nav=1 ) Ahh, I\'ve just did some basic searching, and it seems that this is NOT Japanese. I suspected this, due to the lack of hiragana and katakana on the images (it\'s just kanji).
I suspect that the price given is not actually Yen, but perhaps Chinese currency?
no way is this $10. the cartoon colored one is $170 on bbts.
The price is in Chinese Yuan, which is about $160 USD. Says it will be on sale at certain locations in Beijing and Guangzhou in the beginning of October.
Just to confirm, that this is a CHINESE/Hong Kong based product, so the price is in Chinese Yuuan, not Japanese Yen (as they share similar symbols).
1080 Chinese Yuan equals 161.89 US Dollars
This isn't for me...
Those proportions are rather rather Dreamwave esque
