So a few hours left to go till the Hasbro Transformers Panel and all i can say is I just hope it's not as dissapointing as last years Transformers panel.

All Hasbro did was not show anything new that hadn't seen before. You know stuff that won't be released until somewhere like Novemeber/Decemeber.

It was until that Transformers convention in China that they leaked figures like RTS Lugnut, Jazz, Generatioms Scourge....etc,...etc)

So do honestly think the panel will be a huge letdown like last year or do you think they'll surprise us like previous years?

This just in, Hasbro announced that the DotM line is failing, so there will be no Dino/Mirage, Soundwave, Que/Wheeljack, or any other figures past wave 5. Hasbro is just focusing on the much better selling Speed Stars and RPMs.

I heard they were ceasing production of all TFs and bringing back the Gobots, because you demanded it!

Will they be to scale though? If they're not to scale, then I will know for a fact that Hasbro hates us all and don't know what they're doing. Then, I'll be forced to order the inevitiable KOs to show Hasbroken that I mean serious business.

My thoughts exactly. Hasbro will want to drive up some hype for the TF Prime line so reveals on those should happen. The timing of SDCC this year is an excellent chance for Hasbro to plug the Generations line because they know us fanboys are paying close attention to their panel. So I would expect some reveals for Generations.

But I'm sure we can all agree there will be much talk about DOTM and Kre-O products.

Hasbro better announce a Generations Wingthing or else! I have no idea why you guys are focusing on Action Masters when it was their partners that are the absolute naked lunch!

I know some people are going to be very unhappy that Dino/Mirage didn't even get shown off, regardless of the fact there was some very nice news for the other stuff. The fact they showed off a prototype Voyager Skyquake sounds pretty awesome.

    Well it wasn't totally dissapointing.

DOTM Soundwave, Wheeljack/Que, Prime Skyquake, Prime Knockout, Cyberverse Wheeljack and ship are new for what we haven't herd about yet.

I still wish they'd make Voyager Prime Megatron. Hopefully maybe the next Voyager Wave with him and Breakdown.

Basically it was everything from Botcon, except for a couple DOTM figs.

    Weak.

I was disappointed from the news TFW has shown. It looks like they barely showed any DOTM figures, and to be honest, that worries me about what they have planned for the line. It feels like they gave up before it even started.

I'm disappointed that Skyquake is getting a Voyager before Megatron. A Large-ish TF Prime Megatron is the only thing I want from the Prime line. ;(

Which is exactly what previous years SDCC's have been. Far fewer people would be disappointed if they didn't over-hype it in their heads. This happens year, after year, after year, and it's kinda sad how many people still haven't caught on.
