I was doing some research and I found this map on the U.S. census bureau website. One tiny white dot represents 7,500 people. I found it quite amusing how the dots where spread out. And how the area where I live in completely white unlike the West U.S.

So what's it like in your area?

I live near San Francisco, so it's kind of white around my home town, but plenty of black around it.

    Preeetty populated in Detroit.

More and more people leave Michigan each year, and I don't blame them.

Indeed. Although I'm sure it might look a bit different now, some 20 years after this particular census was taken.

the westernmost point in Texas. Glad to say it doesn't look very populated. However, living here, I'd have to say it is too populated. It's nothing compared to other cities, but it still irks me. I wish the wild land would be left a lot more intact.

Dublin, OH, or as I like to fondly call it, "the craphole." Believe me, not a lot of nice folk here.

Seeing as how that's a 1990 census, at that time I was living in Southwest Florida. The area where I lived is completely black, no white dot at all. LOL Where I live now though (central Kentucky) is decently covered with dots, but not heavily.
