I was just wondering, what toy lines really surprised you guys the most from what was shown at SDCC

    You can choose from:
    - DOTM
    - Prime
    - Chug
    - Or none

Just to start, I went with DOTM and Prime

I was most surprised by the fact that Skyquake's getting a voyager. I wasn't sure his screentime justified him getting one at that class.

I voted nothing. Yes it was great to finally see a majority of the Prime toys, but it didn't surprise me. I guess if I was surprised by anything it was the LACK of DOTM toys, namely leader class figures. All and all it was a disappointing year for new reveals both at Botcon and SDCC. I remember the past two years those conventions just being mind blowing.

I didn't expect to see prime stuff at all. Very satisfied with the stuff we got to see.

Lack of new product, so I voted nothing.

Prime toys. Classics was nothing we didn't expect, and DOTM I just didn't care about.

Prime toys stole the TF section of the show. I honestly think NO ONE expected them to be that good.

Apparently, you didn't go to SDCC's panel last year.

    There weren't any reveals.

Exactly! There were a grand total of 2 brand-new Classics-verse figures announced. What happened to Orion Pax based on Kup? Ratbat based on Scourge? Reflector based on Percpetor? Another Seeker-repaint called Frostbite? *sigh*

So what suprised me the most from SDCC this year? It would have to be all the upcoming MOTUC figures announced during Matty's Panel. Better start saving up some money... :lol

I couldn't make it to SDCC but I'm suprised and sad at how often it takes TFW2005 down.

I wasn't particularly surprised, but I was happy to see all the Prime toys. There wasn't a single one I didn't like and I'm really looking forward to all of them.

All the prime reveals really caught me (pleasantly) off guard.

I'm happily surprised that they are continuing Generations. They said as much, but we know that they want to do it...it's gratifying that they are continuing to sell the line to retailers.

Oh boo hoo they don't have a new mold for us yet, or the retool you wanted. But if they make the line an ongoing concern, you're more likely to get your favored toy in the end.

I think nearly everyone was surprised by the quality of the Prime toys, though character choice was hardly surprising.

Prime toys. So much love. And it looks like after the first wave they just get better. I can't believe how accurate Skyquake is. Or that he got a toy at all for that matter. I wish Ratchet's toy would be Voyager sized now.

Well, we so far have three characters already that have both a deluxe and a voyager, who's to say there won't be a fourth?

Nothing really. It was nice to see the Prime toys but we saw sketches at Botcon. It was nice to see Knock Out and Skyquake though.
