    $37?!

    Please explain.

    Anyone?

(Oddly, there don't appear to be any other Alt 'Streaks on eBay right now.)

I just bought one on ebay a few weeks ago for about $20. Keep looking, they'll turn up.

He's should be $10, same as Sideswipe & Smokescreen.

It's funny how a figure can get on everyones nerves as a shelfwarmer, then as soon as it's gone people must have it. It's happened to me a few times , I admit it.

Wow that’s pretty ridicules for a Silverstreak. I know some places up here still have him for full price, Sears up here still has him for $35 CAN if you believe it.

Price must have gone up because Hasbro bought all the clearance ones to spraypaint into Ricochet

Considering the bubble topped Alternators are drawing in all sorts of new collectors ... I bet the buyer was an excited shopper. That figure was first released in the Summer of 2004, so finding one MISB (no crushed corners, no window dings) might be difficult 20+ months later.

Thanks for the words of encouragement, but I already have one. I was just browsing eBay when I came across that bit of insanity. I searched for others out of curiosity only.

I've actually managed to find all the Alts (except red box Prowl) at retail. Well, I guess I have to add Rollbar and Ricochet to the exceptions for now, too....

the answer my friends, is that almost all of your excess Silverstreaks got shipped here to south africa. And thus they are now a rareity in the northern hemisphere.(Not really but we really did get like 4000 silverrteaks in my area alone over december)
