(sadly) they're just gonna be white at launch. I guess that keeps the inventory more simple.

But I wouldn't be surprised to see black, pink, etc. by next Christmas..

I have Zelda pre-ordered with the system to pick up Saturday Night. I'll probably pick up Excite Truck and Tony Hawk launch night as well.

Watching the gameplay video's of Tony Hawk on IGN sealed the deal. It's got that little hint of one of my favorite game series, Road Rash. I can't wait to be skating down a course, and punching others off their board! Bwahahahaaa.

I also want to grab between launch and X-Mas, Elebits, Rampage, NFS: Carbon, Splinter Cell, and Especially Wii Play. Wii Play basically because it's a cheap collection of minigames (like Wii Sports) that comes with an extra Wii Remote.

As stated Zelda is a given...I'm actually on the fence about Red Steel.

Others I will pick-up prior to year's end include:

    Excite Truck
    Super Monkey Ball
    Trauma Center
Dragonball BT 2 (be my first DBZ game since DBGT: Final Bout on the PS1)
    Elebits
    Metal Slug Anthology
    Marvel UA

Then stuff the following year like:
    Super Smash Brothers
    Super Mario Galaxy
    Metroid Prime 3

Oh and not to mention a butt-load of VC games

I want my fucking Wii now!!!

Zelda of course, Red Steel, Marvel Ultimate Alliance, Smash Bros. is a given once it's out, DBZ: BT 2 because who hasn't watched the show and pretended to do a Kamehameha at least once?, and Trauma Center because I want to pull glass out of someone... probably because I put it there to begin with!

I heard that Wii Play wasn't gonna come out in North America, only Europe and Japan. I hope I'm wrong, because I wanna pick it up myself.

Wario ware, wario ware, wario ware.

That game made me play video games again. I will bring it to parties and force people to play it until they either like it as much as I do or stop inviting me.

Wii Sports, obviously and Zelda. I was getting Ultimate Marvel as well, but when I read the playtime of Zelda I decided to get Ultimate Marvel for Christmas.

I'm not one who can devote days on end to finishing lengthy videogames, so when I get a Wii ( at launch, or as close to it as humanly possible) I'll simply be getting Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Considering it apparently takes seventy plus hours to complete, it should keep me going for a good month or so.

I'll probably get a Points card and a VC controller upon completion of Zelda, and then spend sometime playing some long forgotten classics.

Assuming I manage to get my hands on a Wii Saturday night/Sunday morning, I'll pick up Zelda, and, as soon as it's available, Metal Slug Anthology (it's the only way I can play Metal Slug 6).

Metroid for sure. Still cant decide to take a chance on Wii Zelda (figured Id get tired of swinging my arm after cutting down the 5,000th piece of grass for rupees) or just get GC Zelda since I know I'll enjoy it with normal classic control
