Do you think we may get one in the future? Personally, I think it would be cool to get one, to complete a large set of Autobots. ROTF Leader Prime, the new leader Ironhide and Bumblebee, along with Human Aliance Jazz would all go really nice together. Not perfectly in scale, but if you put prime up on a bit of a base or something, they'd all look great.

Except for the big ol chunk voyager Ratchet that would look out of place. I think we need a leader class Ratchet

I would just like a re-do on the Voyager one, the problem is, these goofy weapons they are doing with the TF3 figures coupled with the scaling down (both in size and complexity) of a lot of them may hurt what I am looking for out of one. I am pretty satisfied with the original voyager, but I just think they could do so much more at this point in time.

Also wouldn't mind a re-go on deluxe DJ Jazzy Jeff. That TF1 deluxe just doesn't do it for me for some reason.

 

Leader class Ratchet

ok, with Leader Ironhide coming out soon, do any of you guys think that Hasbro would make a Leader class Ratchet? Do you think it would be cool?

Considering Hasbro's latest Masterpiece plan is to release Prime yet again, I'm starting to think other characters simply don't exist any more in the TF mythos.

I hope they don't. One of the main reasons I think they're making a Leader Ironhide, is because

. If I get a new Ratchet at all, it'll be the Deluxe. Also, I would rather any remaining DotM Leader class spots to go to some Decepticons.

Takara is the "big brains" behind the Masterpiece figures. All Hasbro really does is determine whether or not they can be released in the US, and then does their own paint job. Everything else is Takara's handiwork.

 

I dont think they will. I'd rather have other characters get the treatment. I would like some kind of Human Alliance Ratchet Though.

 

No, I don't see a reason for there being a Leader Ratchet, just because Ironhide and Bumblebee are getting the Leader class treatment.

The chances of getting a Leader Ratchet are just as slim as Hasbro coming out with a Leader Blackout.

Ratchet as a Leader is unlikely because he's had the least screentime of the four across the two movies to date. In the first movie he was tied for Jazz on screentime and only got a couple more lines, he was barely there in RotF. Contrast Ironhide who got lots of good action scenes in the first one, and was prominent in RotF even if he didn't get to do anything cool.

A new design Voyager with a more accurate look would be nice, though.

 

I could get behind an Ultra, or maybe a voyager about the same size at the TF1 version.

I'd love a Leader but I'm more hoping future leader slots go to Shockwave or Megatron, or even Soundwave.

 

After leader IH who nobody expected, I guess it could happen someday, but it's a small chance. The better do a better voyager. I'm happy with my rescue deluxe though.

 

Why not? I won't be buying it anyway the same way I won't be buying the leader class Ironhide - I think the HFTD deluxe Ironhide is better.

 

I really hope so. Leader Ironhide looks great with the HA figures and Leader Prime. The only one missing is Ratchet.

 

i don't even want leader ironhide lol i am fine with the voyager.

i don't get why people all want leader class toys, most of them are horribly complicated, and tower over the rest, thus they don't even fit in well with the others.

i prefer deluxe and voyager class ones, with the occasional ultra and basics.

never really liked bigger then ultra...
