    We know he's a playable character, yet he's not locked in the havoc pack armor sets and the only other dlc we know of is the dinobots/insecticon pack not available yet. So is anyone else wondering how he's unlocked or if perhaps he'll be released with another dlc pack?

    He's on disk/in the files. He's locked content until they feel like charging you for it.
