I kind of feel like Optimus Prime and Megatron should have been the same size Starscream is.

Yes, Prime would have seemed small in truck mode compared to an Alternator, but he would fit in with them better in robot mode.

Megatron would have been closer in size to a real P-38, and might have even been more stable in robot mode.

It's just a thought.

If I remember correctly Starscream was a little shorter than Optimus and Megs in the G1 Cartoon. I think it's looks better that the leader is taller than his subordinates. It just makes sense to me.

 

Actually Starscream was the same height as Prime in the cartoon. In episode 7, the two of them are standing next to each other fighting over a container.

But I find their size completely acceptable. But what if the jets were in scale with the Alts? Hmmm.

 

Huh? I think it should be the other way around. Seekers in scale in robot mode with Prime and Megs.

Take a closer look at the scale of G1 Transformers Prime Megatron and Starscream. OP and Megs at least the same height while Starscream is somewhat short. I guess this is how the patterned the scale of the MP series.

I could be wrong... but I doubt it.

I would have prefered MP Prime and Megs to be about Leader Prime's size while MP Starscream's size was kept the same. Prime and Megs, though kickass figures, dwarf most combiners and are too close to Armada Unicron's size that he's just not that imposing next to them.

 

I meant in terms of the figures being better by bing slightly smaller.

 

For me, it would have been the reverse as in I wished the Seekers were larger or at least similar in size with Prime and Megs.

 

So for any sickos that actually own the kiss players, does Melissa or the other girls fit in Screamer's cockpit?

I don't have any Kiss Players, but I can't imagine why Melissa would fit into Starscream's cockpit. The alternators seem like they're in a much bigger size scale than MP Starscream. If MP Starscream was in scale with Alternators, he'd be about 2 feet long.

Just look at this picture. Yes, I realize an F-22 isn't the same dimensions as an F-15, but it'll at least give you a ballpark estimate of the scale. In a really rough comparison, the "tip of nosecone to the jet intake" distance is already the length of an automobile.

 

You could maybe fit one of her legs in the cockpit if you cut it off.
