    I'm going to go out on a limb here and say, Legends Devestator. The only downside is its tiny size. If there is a massively oversized KO of it out there somewhere I will buy it.

    Also leader Prime and Jetfire. Both of them are great stand alone figures that don't even hint at being combiners. Jetfire gets bonus points for combining without parts-forming.

    There is an oversized ko of it out there i believe not sure how much its upsized.

    I am going to go very different and say the best ROTF Figure in any size class is Ejector.

    Including Hunt for the Decepticons as part of the ROTF line:

    Leader Starscream

    followed closely by Leader Optimus, HA Jazz, HA Barricade, Sidearm Sideswipe, deluxe Ironhide, HA Skids, HA Mudflap, and voyager Longhaul - in more or less that order. I also really like the Legends Soundwave and Ravage but I tend to not count Legends figures due to their size and relatively simple engineering. Same for Robot Replicas due to the whole... you know... not transforming thing.

    Buster Prime is the single winner but I love also the black leader OP + JF combo (with feet different mode) :)
