The term "spastic" discribes someone who has the same named disabillity. Yeah, in america spastic means someone with hyperactiity or someone who is clumsy but i dont understand what spastic has to do with hyperactivity or clumsiness, thats a totally wrong use of the word.

Anyway, I think in the context of the bio, spastic can't really be taken the wrong way. However it sounds like it won't be an issue anyway since from what others have said, the bio will be cut short in the countries that find the word offensive.

I think they means spastic as is the way of unpredictable movements? Like spasms? But it can be used as an isult here in the U.S. I guess. If you call someone a "spaz" I don't know  . I think it's only hurtful when you're in middle school.
