With Reveal the Shield seemingly replacing Generations with the Battle in Space 2 pack, Grapple, etc. Is the acronym now C.H.U.G.R.?

On a personal note; their all Classics, or Henkie to me.

    Nope. Still CHUG.

CHUG Getaway (Breakaway) is in movie packaging. CHUG Axer is in HfD packaging. CHUG Big Daddy is in movie packaging. CHUG Bludgeon... You get the idea. Technically Timelines have been mostly CHUG figures too.

Reveal the Shield isn't really the name of the line. The line is just Transformers 2010.

Reveal the Shield is a promotion for the line and the rubsign gimmick.

I never truly cared for C.H.U.G. and I am certainly not adding another letter to that. Ultimately though I don't care as long as I get the toys.

No, it's a promotion. HFTD and RTS are all a part of the same line.

For the record, the CHUG letters represent Classics, Henkei, Universe, Generations, and the U and G also stand for United and Gentai. Reveal the Shield figures may qualify, but the whole line isn't CHUG figures.

No. It was never that idiotic acronym in the first place. Everything just falls under Classics for me.

The new line "Reveal the Shield" will contain figures/designs that were previously from all of the existing lines. All the new figures regardless of their design/back story will come in yellow "Reveal the Shield" packaging. This is coming directly from Hasbro, not me. Product: Transformers, Line: Reveal the Shield. I personally don't like the grouping everything together, but that doesn't change what it is.

    P.S.

NEST was a promotion run on the RotF product line. All the packaging still said RotF because that was the product line.

It should never been CHUG in the first place because the "H" just stood in for the japanese releases and not another entry into the line.

I never thought I would ever do this. But..

    This!

It's an awful acronym. I will name the figures to it's respected line.
