Some of you may remember my legal trouble. That is behind me now. I am now subbing until the end of May as a music teacher for Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 5th grade on Mon and Fri. I am enjoying the new gig. The kids love the fact that I bring my electric guitar to school. Such a fun and easy job. We basically sing songs, play games, and learn basic musicianship.

Just thought I'd let you guys know. I'm actually putting my BA into action. :D

"Sit anywhere! He'll never know! He's a sub!"

Sometimes I think they pick subs based on how easy it is to make fun of their names. I've had subs named Higgenbottom and Hotchkiss.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Smith, we just don't have any work for you at this point. Mr. Wilcox? Right this way."

It is good you got the job. I hope that you have nothing to do with that "friend" who got you into trouble.

As somebody who has the misfortune of having to deal with teachers as part of my job, I can assure you very little is further from the truth then that statement.

    That could easily be misunderstood.
