Is it up? Is it down? Are those kids it's aimed towards liking it?

    Good question.

I've stopped watching myself since I can't guarantee to be in front of a TV every Saturday or Sunday morning.

I think I'd rather watch it all at once when the DVDs come out.

I usually catch it on youtube and the torrents because I never wake up by 10:30 on saturdays.

It doing great. Every young kid and adult I know who has watched it loved it. Except for the two "otakus" in my family who think if its anime its not good. LOL the younger one of the two knows what transformers is but only like the unicron trilogy. Fuck ups. Any who id say its doing awsome it could possibly run for more than a few years.

Some time ago the was some news that said it was the biggest hit at Saturday morning cartoons and also helped raise the ratings of the other CN Saturday morning shows.

TFA is ranked 32nd most popular cartoon/animated series by TV.com. It has a Nielsen rating of 9.1 which is a little less than the highest Nielsen rated cartoon/animated Avatar: The Last Airbender at 9.3. G1 Transformers apparently had a Nielsen rating of 8.7.

i don't know how accurate that is though... i mean ben ten: alien force is number 8... and it hasn't even started yet lol. *the "second" ben ten series that is* lol it starts on the 18th. and it's only the 16th, so i wouldn't trust that for ratings at all.

Well, I'm sure their "most popular" list is based on objective as well as subjective criteria. But the Nielsen rating is pretty objective.

I'm rather enjoying it and talking to my 7yr old nephew the other day, he was telling me all about it (which I take as he likes it).

I have high expectations for this series, ratings wise.
    I mean come on-
Best show since G1. Best rendition of original G1 characters ever. Bay's movie chars, those TF anime series don't even compare.

And I don't care about BW/BM. People say it's good so okay but as for me, I want my cybertronians the way they originally are. No beasties, just transforming robots please.

The show is ok. I watch it because it's Transformers and clearly i like Transformers. The toys are a noo! I hate the toys. they are way too childish for me. I really don't think they will do good on ebay. Right now they are worth more then retail but when they come out no. Im up for all the series toys from other generations (ok not all of them armada coff coff) but not animated.

My 7 year old son and I make it a point to watch it every week. I recorded it, thanks to DVR, and he end up watching the episodes 3-4 more times during the week. I hope it is doing well ratings-wise.
