I love my powered commander but i'm worried about it.

I've Transformed it a number of times and removing Primes legs is never easy. Actually, its such a pain to pull the legs out I sometimes feel like i'm pushing to hard.

I'm I just transforming it wrong? Any advice? or is this toy built as solid as a rock I shouldn't worry lol

I've transformed my first-run City Commander tons of times, and there's not even a stress mark on the legs. It just takes a firm twist to free the leg, and a little finagling to remove the armor completely.

Yeah, I'm terrified every time I try to get Magnus' legs out of there, but it seems really solid, and I've never heard of it breaking...

Alright, its just worrisome hearing the "POP POP POP POP" sounds every time I transform it. It makes more popping sounds then a bag of popcorn.

I have all 3 and not a single mark on any of them.
    Very good plastic.
I just firm the legs a firm twist and they come out with little effort.

The thing that worries me is the neck joint, mine seems to have some stress marks on it

I try to avoid touching the head. Lots of tension in that joint. Worried I'd twist the thing right off if I'm not careful.

What do you mean by twist? I try to wiggle it out... can you post pics?

Wait... the head on mine already popped out and I just stuck it back in. Seems to work fine?

Yea, I think they fixed the head on the later releases (Although I don't have the new City Commander, but the neck/head have a different feel between my original City Commander and my Shaddow Commander, and I know that a few people broke the head off on the original City version.

As far as anything else, I have never taken the armor off of mine since I got the original release. There are enough toys that didn't cost around $100 for me to tinker around with and I am not a huge fan of the actual trailer anyway. Just my opinion on it.

I must be one of the lucky ones. I got the original CC, among the first ones cos I had it on pre-order. I haven't had any trouble with the head on mine. I've turned it all kinds of directions and even popped it off with no breakage or stress marks. I've transformed mine several times with no problems at all. No stress marks, nothing bad at all.
