    No, this is not a Hillz thread ;) .

    So how big was your Christmas Turkey/Ham/Goose/Nut Roast/Side of Beef/Lobster/Salmon/Rice Dish/Human Sacrifice?

    We had a nice 21lb turkey, one breast of that fed 10 of us, we have a lot of lovely delicious leftovers!

    I remember some of our members having some true behemoths in the past so was wondering what ya'll sat down to eat today, if indeed you did!...

    There was only a few of us today and we had a lovely Prime Rib with all of the fixins. Yummy.

    8 lbs of pork butt was used for the vat of chili verde I made. Deeeeelish!

    9lbs of Turkey and 2lbs of Wild King Salmon.
    (for 6 people, 3 of which are vegatarians tha stille at fish)
    and enough mash potatoes to drown a goat.

    ...and 3 pies.

    Are they still vegatarians then since fish are animals? MMMMM mashed potatoes.

    Not sure how big it was but the ham we had was great and plenty left over for sandwiches.
