I was looking through a box of toys I bought in the 1999. There I found like 8 Beast Machine figures. I haven't gone through them all yet.

    - Cheetor (Mega Size)
    - Jetstorm (Deluxe)
    - Optimus Primal (Deluxe)
    - Tankor
    - blackarachnia
    - Long Horn
    - Thrust
    - Mirage

I was wondering if people buy these? Are they worth anything? Can I trade them for Classics and the such? Can anyone give me a quick price check. They are all lose, 100% complete but no instructions.

    Thanks,

I don't know if people buy them generally, but then I don't know if people sell them generally. What do you have to sell? For me personally, I'm fairly indifferent to most of the Maximals, but a lot of the Vehicons are great figs that I still play with now.

I am going to make a list and post. I have to go through EBay to identify them. I know I have like 5 or 6 vechicles I think.

Or you could just post a photo, which would probably a lot quicker. ;)

They probably don't sell too often, though I was buying some back in February.

I did. I don't regret them. I think BA and most of the vehicons are damn cool.

They are not very accurate at all, like, at all at all. If you squint and shake your head maybe. BUT they are fun toys in their own right. Interesting transformations that leave very few figures with much kibble. Some are better than others, and there are deffinate stinkers, but overall the line had cool toys.

    I'm sure there's still a market.

I mainly went after the non show characters back then. After the series I got the show versions during the later years. Some of my personal favorites are BM era characters.

I dont know what they might go for. I got another BM Scavenger in a bag with other TF's for $10.

Nope, NO ONE buys them.....LOL. In general they are not worth much, depends on the figure though. Not many people want them sadly. One of these days I will finish out my collection of Beast Machines.

Just curious, why go to eBay when there is a HUGE resources section on this site with pictures of all the figures, etc?

A few months back I bought a couple of BM figures, in package, and they weren't too far off from their original retail. Certain characters, and more to the point certain figures of certain characters (motorcycle drone, for example) might sell for a decent amount loose, but for a lot of them it may not even be worth your while.

My last order included Blackarachnia. For the most part, I like Beast Machines toys.
I saw a thread here where someone posted a pic of a random lot of missiles, and people identified them pretty quickly. You don't need to go to ebay for that sort of thing.

I went to ebay, because I was looking through the site and couldn't for the life of me find the Beast Machine stuff here.

I am updating my main post as well, but this is what I have:
    - Cheetor (Mega Size)
    - Jetstorm (Deluxe)
    - Optimus Primal (Deluxe)
    - Tankor
    - blackarachnia
    - Long Horn
    - Thrust
    - Mirage

Can I get a price check on these?

BTW, I find it really funny how these figures, while not as articulated definately get some nice paint and chrome applications. Much more then some of the classics.

I have some of the drones. But I find the repaints much more awesome. Botcon Cyclunus, Stocakde and Crystal Widow.

Crystal btw is a very awesome repaint.

For a price check, it's probably best to check completed auctions on eBay. Personally, I love Beast Machines and the toys! I went for mainly show characters, but there are a few non-show characters that are very nice.

I got most of these in the last year and a half:

Well, I've got a couple of those Maximals (screen characters) except Siverbolt & Nightscream.

But I'm going completist with the Dinobots. (Technically, the series branched out from BM)

Still need that Target exclusive Magmatron to lead the pack of Dinobots. T-Wrecks can then be the 2nd-In-Command. :p

I so want Rapticon. I'm trying to have an accurate BW cast, but Primal Prime, Lazorbeak and Rapticon are just way cooler decos than their TV show counterparts.

I've been playing with these and they are pretty nice. The articulation is decent. The paint apps are really nice. The transformation is good and not over complicated. The Alt modes are great. Only their Robot (whatever you call it now) mode needs work.

Pretty nice all together. Having said that, I will most likely sell them or trade them to see what classics I can get for em.

Most of the Maximals are pretty piss poor but the vehicons are pretty cool. Especially deluxe Jetstorm. I had to get all the repaints of it.
