And on a Friday too! Not much snow, actually, more like an inch of it well frozen over.
wait, i have a cousin that lives in michigan.........snowday for only an inch of snow? he used to make fun of me cause our whole state shut down w/one snowflake
Yeah down here if it snows and it does the whole city shuts down.
Treasure your high school snow days. When you hit college, they just laugh at the flakey, powdery frozen water and open the school doors.
In financial IT, we don't have snow days.
Snow = overtime, if you work at the airport or highway department. I made about $4 grand one winter just because I was on the Dulles snow removal team.
4k a winter? yowza.
anyways, thx for sucking the fun out of snow guys, jerks.
we dont have snow here
Half of the people I work with are based in California and never see snow - the other half are in Canada, and don't care about a storm once every few weeks.
So when it dumps here, no one cares, and still expects me to be on our conference calls, doing my reports, blah blah blah.
Yeah, Chicago and Milwaukee are getting dumped on. Madison is getting some too. Out by my house? We got like 2 flakes. Sigh..
I wonder how soon NoVa will get smacked. The Weather Channel had "OH NOES! RAIN'S A COMIN'!" all over the 10-minute autoforecast this morning. My office has no window into the outside world, so I've got no clue if it's raining or not.
we had a 2 hour delay in albuquerque yesterday...that was nice....but its very rare for us to get a snowday here...but im hoping there'll be one next semester....
yesterday i think our high was 30...today its 45...our weather is ******ed....
Heh, The University of Oklahoma was closed today due to the snow and ice outside.
It's just raining here in new england which sucks because I didn't go jogging yesterday since I was too lazy and now I have to miss it again today because of the rain. I need my thighs of steel dammit.
We barely got any snow at all, just high winds anf freezing temperatures.
Ha, they even closed OSU in Stillwater I heard. Thats a first in my memory.
Just scrape the inside of your freezer and toss it in the tub. Then you can roll around it to your hearts content.
Yeah, on the Weather Channel, they said it was the first time they'd closed for snow in like 11 years.
No snow here. Just really windy and cold.
Hahahahaha...DC's been had. It's sunny out here.
Separate names with a comma.
