There is? so is snakes on a plane a sequal? Edit: Nevermind. The snakes on a train movie seems to be the cheap sci fi knock off of the cheap snakes on a plane flick.
It's not a knock off, it's a whole new storyline man! in SoaP, you have an assassin let deadly snakes out on a plane to kill a guy, on SoaT, you have a woman who has a Mayan curse where there are snakes inside her stomach that will hatch, so she goes on a train to LA so she can see a Shaman who can get rid of the curse but then the snakes hatch halfway and eat her and leave the passengers to fight them off! How can you possibly compare the two?
Didn't Super Megatron have a "Snakes on a Plane" sig that said "Snakes on Astrotrain?" It's semi-off-topic, but just thought I'd bring it up. As for Turbocharger's idea for Snakes on a Train, brilliant! Get Samuel L. Jackson to be one of the passengers on there, and we have a good sequel! Seriously, what we should have is a "Snakes Eatin' Some Grains" movie. Here's the plot: A giant cobra threatens the wheat harvest of Old McDoodle. Now, only Samuel L. Jackson and his bazooka can stop it. Coming summer 2008.
No Sam can't do it because it is already made. It is a straight to video knockoff. In one scene (that i saw on The Soup) the snake EATS the train. It is really crappy looking too.
