Just to chime in that I smoke but never smoke indoors, and never have done, because of the stench. Certainly never around my Transformers, about half of which are MISB and all of which are in my attic.

I'm not sure that the smell can penetrate plastic as deeply as it does clothing fibre but, yes, heavy and consistent smoke in a room would be able to cause a variable yellowing on white plastic. If caught in time (and if safe to use depending on paint application), I'm told lemon juice is the best to get this gone.

Smoke all you like around Bumblebee, then.

Tell that to my Armada Jolt. There's a reason why his shoulders hurt, and it ain't jaam. It's second hand smoke. I got him from a collector who apparently confused him with a cigarillo. Poor guy needed a heck of a lot of Nicorette to quit.

I've bought figures off ebay that smelled like someone blew smoke in the box, instant dissapointment. My wife has a nose for bad smells (no pun intended), so I'm instantly gonna say yes they smell. Unless you showered and scrubbed clean before entering the room and touched them or even breathed on them. Good for you, you quit. Those things are killers.
