I'm quite shocked that I can watch all the episodes this season. I've given up on Smallville so many times over the years I figured I'd be done with it yet again.
Ohhhhhhh Yeah....Come on Rosenbaum!!!! At this rate he should be fully grown in 1 or 2 more episodes.
"Smallville" - Episode 8 "Abandoned" November 12th, 2010 Tess seeks out a music box from a dream she has, and the journey takes her to a orphanage run by Granny Goodness. While searching the orphanage, Clark runs afoul of Mad Harriet, one of the girls staying with Granny Goodness. Mad Harriet will be played by Lindsay Nicole Hartley who is Justin Hartley's(Oliver Queen aka Green Arrow) real-life wife. Granny Goodness will be played by Christine Willes from now in Season 10 even though Nancy Amelia Bell played Granny Goodness in the Season 9 Finale. "Smallville" - Episode 9 "Patriot" November 19th, 2010 Oliver is transported to an undisclosed jail where Col. Slade Wilson orders "brutal tests" on him. for those that don't know, Slade Wilson is also known as Deathstroke in the DC Universe. he will be played by Michael Hogan(Colonel Saul Tigh from "Battlestar Galactica" Revamp) in the episode & will reprise the role of Slade again in Episode 11 "Icarus" of "Smallville" Season 10
Deathstroke is a thinly veiled Captain America rip-off (morality is where the characters diverge). He's around Hogan's age in the DCU. But the super soldier-ish treatments he went through keep him fit for his age.
Rosenbaum shows interest in returning to Smallville. Michael Rosenbaum to return in Smallville Season 10? According to Tom Welling, Micheal Rosenbaum has expressed an desire to return in the upcoming tenth and final season of Smallville. Back in March of this year, most people were devastated by the twitter post by Michaeal Rosenbaum stating he would not be returning in this upcoming season. However at the recent San Diego Comic-Con, Tom Welling stated in an interview with KryptonSite that Rosenbaum has expressed interest in returning in the upcoming season of the show "but there are just some things to iron out, and I think he understands that we can't end the show without Lex Luthor."
Great Episode. Ironside played a good character. I think I hear wedding bells. Side Note. Who is the guy who can dissappear?
I enjoyed it a lot as well, although sometimes it was weird hearing Darkseid's voice coming out of Lois' father's mouth. I can't decide if Clark asked him for Lois' hand or just to cut to the turkey. Next week, Teri Hatcher returns to the Super-verse.
While not super high on action, tonight's episode (much like last weeks) further set up the relationship Clark & Lois will share in the future. Sure WE may know that they are destined to be husband & wife, but they don't exactly know it (even though Clark did experience the future a little while back). All in all, I enjoyed tonight's episode.
Anyone watch? I thought it was great. Granny Goodness, Female Furies, Desaad, Gordon Godfrey, Teri Hatcher as Ella Lane, Jor-El and Lara... all great stuff. And Tess is a L*****!
Watched it and it was good. I am just wondering who Tess is supposed to be now as Granny refers to her as going to be one of her best?
Bwahahahaha! I totally agree. Overall it was a pretty good episode. Although actually seeing Jor-El was a bit continuity jarring since Tom Welling played a younger version of him in an earlier season... I know, small detail but it stuck out for me for some reason.
