Thanks to Frenzy_rumble (http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/showthread.php?t=147880) I decided to give it a go. I went to my local Rite-Aid and picked up the same makeup kit (made sure I went in the mourning) which was 5 dollars in my area. Then I went to work. I followed frenzy_rumble's instructions but then added a 45 degree slant to the top of the pipes for more movie accuracy. I also switch the arms as encline did since hasbro put the arms on the wrong side.

This is the first step into customizing my Transformer movie collection. More to come though they might be delayed by school and my job........

Thanks guy. Any suggestion out their on what kind of paint I should use for the gray parts. I would like something similar to the chrome. Also, anybody recommend how I can make the flames more accurate. I would like to add a silver edge around the flame sorta like the real truck and possible get rid of most of that blue in the front of the hood and redo that whole section. Any suggestions?

Hey there. I am going to go pick some make up up. HAHA. If you would like to see my write up on repainting your prime, go to my website and look under projects. I did a whole repaint and pinstriped the flames by hand. Also, for the chrome, you could go to walmart and look in the model section, they have this stuff called Kustom Kolors. They have an alchohol based chrome paint for like 4 bucks. It is similar to the Alsa ghoast chrome. You would have to paint all the grey parts black and airbrush that stuff on.
That is just my suggestion. One of many ideas that all the artist on here have though. Mine would require and airbrush though?

But yeah, check my prime out here web.mac.com/enclinedesigns under projects.

also, a chrome suggestion....use Testor's enamel Silver. It goes on ONE coat and if applied right, shiney as hell.
