Maybe, in Season 3, Starscream can be tired of not having followers and/or people who will stay loyal to him, so he steals Sari's key and uses it on 2 jets like himself to create Skywarp and Thundercracker, each of them gaining their own distinct personalities and powers, like Skywarp's teleportation and Thundercracker's minimal compassion for humans. (i got both of those from Transformers.wikia, so i could be wrong)

Maybe repaints for toys, but most likely not in the show.

im saying it could be a kool idea, if they really wanted to stick them in-i think it would fit rather well. plus, then they have a reason to sell repaints/minor retools of Starscream-noth to make more money, and because they were in the show.

Slightly different head sculps would be nice to. It would suck if they both had that "Starscream Smirk".

.. that is if Hasbro decides to be nice and give us these as a peace offering for the whole "Games of Deception" mess last year.

    games of deception? whats that?

and ya, head resculpts, maybe even making each weapon look a little different if they wanted to. though Hasbro may not be nice like we want them to be...

Nah I doubt they'd want to introduce "repaint characters" to the show unless they made both different enough and with different enough I mean completely different with similar jet modes.

I think Blitz and Lugnut are good replacements for them.

i meant as Starscream Clones-like he clones himself, but the clones go wrong-that makes the "same toy, same tv character" thing work better

I think "Starscream clones himself" is a decent idea, and a perfectly logical way to work those two characters into the show. After all, an egomaniac probably WOULD be the type to clone himself, figuring "how could more of ME be bad?!?"

And of course it would bring about the sort of rude awakening that self-cloning stories always do, as the original model realizes exactly how annoying it can be to interact with one's self.

SW and TC even have pre-existing personality traits that would fit with the idea of them being clones:

-Thundercracker, cloned from an evil character but plagued with doubts about the cause and suspecting he might have been created to serve the wrong side

-Skywarp, the second (and perhaps inferior) clone. As a copy of a copy, he loses some intelligence, "Multiplicity"-stlye. After all, he was never the brightest bulb.

I think it would be a fun episode, starting out with Starscream thinking his clones will be the key to victory and ending with him doing everything he can to get rid of them.

Personally, I can see Skywapr showing up at some point. Especially since he and Thundercracker (though TC could easily be explained as being Starscream because of the color similarities) were in the old history vids in their Cybertronian modes. Skywarp would definely make for a nice repaint of the Starscream mold. Even more so if he got a new head too. The clone story would be interesting, but is a bit overused imo.

yes, exactly! and maybe Starscream figured that Skywarp, as Thundercracker's clone, may have been less intelligent, so gave him the teleportation ability or something. or maybe Thundercracker can clone himself, but gave him powers he didnt have. or maybe Starscream would clone himself twice, but the cloning goes wrong, giving them their personality traits. sooooooo many possibilities, though i like yours the most, WhiteMocha

I'd love to see those two show up in the show again, so long as they weren't dime-a-dozen grunts. If they got a villain-of-the-week nod, that'd be OK with me.

ya, give them their own episode and have the two of them together, like with Lugnut and Blitzwing, but the two of them stick together because they consider themselves brothers and not because they are going to the same place or whatever reason they were hanging out

but ya, there could be a whole miniplot with them-maybe a one hour long special featuring Starscream, Thundercracker, and Skywarp as the origin of the clones, Starscream commanding them and them becoming less and less loyal to him, then they break away from Starscream and go off on their own and appear randomly whenever they want to.

I think if starscream got a hold of the key he wouldn't need to make followers.

I think it would be cool if SW and TC were villian-of-the-week types, who turned up out of the blue, hunting for Starscream because he stole their designs and abilities and betrayed them before rising to a high position in Megatron's crew.

And they pretty much kick Screamer's butt before the Autobots (presumably more battle hardened and perhaps with bolstered numbers) see them off, to protect the humans around, leaving Screamer in their debt...

Not entirely true. He can't exactly cover all 360 degrees.

'Game of Decepticons' was last year’s botcon exclusive box set for Iacon guys. It annoyed quite a lot of the fandom as it included the Transformer Seekers such as Thundercracker, Dirge and Thrust for the Classics line which a lot of people wanted. As these were exclusives only people who attended or people who are happy to pay a couple of hundred dollars for it can get them.
