Out of the three variations of the ROTF Skystalker mold, which one is your favorite?

I'm kind of torn between the original Skystalker deco and Smokescreen. Skystalker is just pure awesome, but that blue on Smokescreen is gorgeous.

I guess I'm going with Smokescreen.

 

Smokescreen is gorgeous. However, I don't want to pay the price for it. As for the other two, I am much in favor of the ninja raven type color of skystalker

 

I have all 3 and like Smokescreen the best, then Sunspot, then Skystalker.

I only have Skystalker, but Smokescreen does look awesome. Sunspot's color scheme does nothing for me.

 

I have Skystalker and Sunspot. I kind of regret Sunspot. I like Smokescreen a lot, but I'm not shelling out 80+ for him (even though I like the Mindwarp mold as well).

If there weren't so many other toys out at retail that I want to pick up, I might consider Smokescreen. But then, there are lots of others on the pricey list that I've passed on that I want, like animated Blackout.

 

The original skystalker deco is the best. Sadly i could never find that one so i settled for Sunspot since the mold is a must have.

 

I dig skystalkers's big red eye. The black just fits with that mold.

 

I like Smokescreen the best. Then Skystalker. Then Eyesore.. I mean Sunspot.

When tax refund money comes in next year, I plan to get the Dreadwing/Smokescreen set.

 

I have Skystalker and Sunspot. Can't really find it in me to blow the cash on Smokescreen (despite the fact that he and Dreadwing look amazing).

My favorite would be Skystalker.

Yeah, Sunspot just doesn't do it for me. It almost seems like the most desirable colors are the rarest/most expensive and then goes downwards

For those who dislike Sunspot: do you think you would find him more bearable if Hasbro made a matching Mindwipe repaint instead of the baffling Strafe?

 

The colors on Sunspot just totally don't go with that mold.That mold is all evil looking,and Skystalker and Smokescreen fit into it perfect with their dark colors.Then along comes Sunspot with his "pretty" yellow color and I just can't go through with buying him.I've had him in my hands so many times and always end up putting him back.

 

I'm tempted to get Sunspot because his bio makes him sound endearing.

 

I love them all equally, but if I had to chose.

1) Skystalker
2) Smokescreen
3) Sunspot

Skystalker has the best overall look and feel I think. Smokescreen looks as good or better than Skystalker, but I have some looseness in the joints with mine. Sunspot feels just as good as Skystalker, but the yellow doesn't match between the plastic and the paint quite as well as I'd like.

Decoes based around on a predominantly black scheme are getting tiresome. Go with Sunspot.

And to anyone saying Skystalker looks evil... the toy has no facial features. Nothing about it suggests "evil." It has an optic. That's it. The only thing that would imply "evil" is a person's own perception of it.

 

I don't own any of them but I think from what I've seen I like the Skystalker colors most.

I really like the colors, but I don't think a matching Mindwipe would work. That mold is far too menacing and evil looking to pull it off. I don't even like the Mindwipe repaint that's coming out.

Anyway. I like Sunspot. His bio makes him a really interesting character, too!
