It is ridiculous. So far, I've found seven figures for my son since Christmas. You just have to keep at it. I called a local gamestop everyday for a week until they finally got four in. Luckily the girl working was nice enough to put them behind the counter for me. The other three I just got lucky. I had a day off and figured what the hell, I'll take a ride to Best Buy. I just happened to walk in right when they were restocking. Finally found that damn Empire of Ice!

My son's gonna have a nice birthday surprise next Wednesday. With these seven, he'll now have 23 characters.

I heard TRU was going to be restocking with the legendary 3-packs. I can confirm this. My local TRU had plenty of the lengendary packs, along with the Empire of Ice.

 

If anyone can pick up both for me, I would be eternally grateful. These will make great Easter basket stuffers for my son.  

 

Call me a damn dirty scalper if you wish, but considering how many people I've hooked up with new PRID at cost + shipping, it's time to try and make something.

and before anyone asks, I found these at the Walmart in Marysville, I did not take them from the truck I threw at Toys R Us.

You people have no idea how many people I get a day asking for a Skylanders toy.   We finally got an entire pallet worth yesterday, and I'm tipping we'll be sold out by Sunday/Monday.

Kmart over here. I had a mother crack the shits at me the other day, I told her to shut the fuck up and go on eBay. Well, maybe I didn't tell her to shut the fuck up, but I told her to go to eBay.

 

Does anyone happen to have any web codes they could give me? There's a new Skylanders iOS game, and you can unlock characters with web codes. My son has almost all the skylander figures, but since he's still too young for the internet, we never saved any of the codes. He has the new game on his iPod, but would like to have more characters to play as.

I'm currently playing this game and despite it being geared to the younger crowd, I still found it entertaining. My nephews and nieces really enjoy trying out the different characters.

 

Found Camo and Warnado at GameStop today. Apparently we just missed Wamshell.

 

Finally found Wham Shell today at Target. That's all 32 characters. I can finally rest. That was a hell of an adventure finding them all.

Really not looking forward to the Giants sequel this fall. Hopefully, there's not as many characters.

 

Nice! I finally found Empire of Ice and Cynder. Just need Dragon's Peak and Wamshell and I'll be good to go.

As far as Giants go, I think there are only 16 new Skylanders this time. 8 "normal" sized, and 8 Giants. I think there will also be new figurines of some of the old characters so if you missed some this time, or are a total collector there will be more then the 16 new guys.

No word yet if the Adventure Packs will be back, or if the Giant figures will fill that price point.

 

Cool, that's not too bad. I can live with 16 characters.

 

Just got the 3ds version for my brother. It is 25 dollars off at tru.
I think this was a bad idea.

 

while I haven't actually PLAYed the game yet (have bought a few, just like the sculpts) have been giving it some thought
