2D Artwork: Skullgrin (Generations design)

    I drew this in Colors! 3D. I'm pretty happy with it. Though I think I'll redraw his hand at some point. Hands are my weakness. They're always a bit derpy when I draw them. It probably doesn't help that my hands are a bit derpy... I based it off of his Generations toy because I think it looks really awesome.


    I drew it with the 3D effect in mind. Unfortunately the only way you can check that out is by giving it a Star on the Colors! 3D online gallery which I probably shouldn't link to. They need to give the 3DS version a search feature...

    the con symbol's 'fangs need to be proportioned differently, they look too big and triangular. i'd also make the yellow of the head and hands just different enough to be discernible but not as drastically as you have them.

    Alright, thanks for the advice. I think I'll make the hand more white when I redraw it. I'm still not happy with how it turned out from a shape point of view.


    Though it'll be tough to get the colours perfect since the 3DS screen and a moniter display them very differently from each other. It makes colour matching my comics a bitch.
