The joint at the base of the head of the Binaltech is in a different position than that of the Alt. The result is that the Alt is standing up straight, yet the BT is leaning backwards a touch. Just adjust how you have him transformed.

I'm thinking it's the area inside the chest where the main column is... Maybe one is transformed where the column is extended whereas the other is not???

yeah, its easy to get discrepancies like that. alts/bts just have to many joints that can be in variable position.

or maybe bt skids is shorter because his asian.

BT Skids is Japanese. In general, the Japanese tend to be shorter than the average American. This is just bearing out the statistics.

    You're welcome.

Edit: Heh, KA got there first. Should have read through. ;)

Perhaps, given the way Skids' torso works, the weight of the die cast metal is pulling the upper torso into a lower position? If it is anything like the Titaniums, then BT Skids was probably made using Alt Skids as a test to see the stresses and stuff. Takara probably didn't realise until too late what having all that metal would do to poor Skids spine.

The Alt. head isn't meeting the chestplate/hood.

Push it up a little bit...
