Ok, added the ROTF bots I could find, and added a little human figure.

Sideswipe's size is a TOTAL guess. I imagine he's a tiny bit bigger than bee, but smaller than Ironhide. So Ratchet size maybe?

Devastator's size is based on Mudflap. Compared him to Dev's... uh... mouth as it would be in an expanded position. *cough* >_>

Mudflap and Skids are smaller than Bee.

Ravage is about the size of an average big cat here, but again, that's just a guess based on speculation.

It's fanmade, but I can't picture Devastator being any smaller than that

    Prime 32ft
Ironhide 26ft + width and armor
    Ratchet 24ft

[except in this first film they f'd up a couple times and made ironhide and ratchet seem tiny in comparison to prime]

    BB- 17-18 ft tall
    Jazz- 14 ft tall
    SS- 16-19 ft tall

Twins- 9-10ft Based on mages in the trailer, they only look a couple ft taller then a person but quite wide. Which is odd becuase the trax/beat should relaistically only be 1-2 ft shorter then BB.

    Acree- 8-9 ft skinny
    Jolt- 17ft
    Jetfire- 40-45 ft tall
    Springer (?)- 36 ft tall

    Blackout 42 ft i think i read.
Megs- was 36 ft in the first film but i think he's primes height in this one.
    StarScream- same height as prime

Skids and Mudflap seem to be both around 8 ft due to their small alt mode and compact robot mode.

Prime was quoted at 28 feet tall according to most pre-release interviews, and even from Bay himself. However, an ILM employee later quoted the figure of 32 feet, after the movie was released. So we've got 2 different figures for Prime's height. I prefer the 32 feet.

Bumblebee is officially 16 feet. However, the life-sized replica built for the movie is around 5.2 metres or about 17 feet. (I've also seen the height of 18 feet quoted for the replica. I'm inclined to believe it's 5.2 metres, given it's the most precise figure.)

There's no truly correct height. The film crew don't keep it consistent between themselves. Besides, we all know by now that the robots didn't look consistent in their sizes throughout the film
