Since TF is going Toonami style, you think Manga would translate into good toys???

I would like to see what could be done with Manga style, like Tekno Man but with earth type alt modes... Just a though...

They already have tons of manga based toys in Japan and they look great.

I'm not quite sure I follow...

Can you give an example of a manga-styled bot and non-manga styled vehicle?

Because I'm also thinking Macross here...

Well since I dont really focus on anyother toylines execpt TF's, you all may be right about the Macross (I only see jet alt modes though) Im think more like a Gundam style bot mode, with a BT / Alternators quality Alt. mode(no spacey or future elements visible)... I once saw a gestalt that looked like it was a McFarelane product based on the quality paint, details, size and manga styling... The figures looked to be 8-10 inches high and combined to form a gestalt that looked about the size of my 2 1/2 yrs old son... It was killer but the alt. modes made no sense to me at the time.... (Some weird alien things)

asking for "manga" or "anime" styled figures is pointless, because there is no set style, ESPECIALLY when it comes to Mecha.

    [nitpick]Toonami is not a "style". It's a trademark -- a brand name.[/nitpick]
