Here's my take on Glyph using the WFC Bumblebee mold. This mold sorta BEGS to be fembotted as it's the girliest Bumblebee head ever made. It's never going to win Miss Cybertron, but Glyph is a librarian, so it's okay for her not to be a femme fatale like Blackarachnia.

Having said that, I did quite a lot of minor mods to girly her up a bit. First, I took off the big bulbous piece that forms the back of the car to make her look a bit slimmer and less hunched. It also makes her a heck of a lot easier to transform!

I painted on some lipstick & eyeliner, and shaved off the manly chin and horns. I dremmelled her neck joint somewhat so the head could stand up a bit further and get less lost in her shoulders.

I also made the hands girlier using the "third finger" technique. I wish I had an unmodded version of this figure to compare hands with. Oh well!

Without the backpack piece, her altmode gets this open-back sporty look. I added in a back window that you can't really see. The goal was to make the back end look a bit like a small Jeepish thing. Not sure it worked, but it's worth it not to have that big, bulbous back piece hanging around.

I only just now realized I forgot to stick an autobot logo on her. Oops!

That's cool. That mold looks better as a fembot anyways.

Very nice work; you've done a really good job feminising the mould, and the paintjob's fantastic as ever.

Glyph's not a librarian, though, she's an archaeometrist; an expert in dating archaeological artefacts.

Thanks! To be honest, I'm not the first person to post this mold as Glyph, tho' I think I'm the first to modify her quite so much in the process.

Thanks! I've found 50% of posting a fembot custom is finding the right pose to photograph her in!

    Thanks!

With that back piece gone, we now have a base mold for Gemini. Awesome!

And what's the third finger technique?

The "three finger technique" involves chopping off a hand's fourth finger and making two smaller ones out of the third finger. Carving down the first and second somewhat helps as well. It worked especially well with this mold due to the unusually huge third fingers he has.

    What's Gemini?

^This. However, I'm not dissapointed in the least. As others have said, the mold lent itself well to this character. I find it funny you didn't have to mod the chest at all. I guess some fembots are just built that way.

Oh, cool, thanks for the tip.

And you're not a Robot Wars fan are you? Go google it, Gemini was arguably the most successful clusterbot, and I think two BB's could work very well for it. Personally, Razer and Chaos 2 are cooler, IMO.

    I agree, looks much better!

@ Kingbotz, LOL! Ya, i know what you mean... After i read that all i could think of was the one scene from Monty Python and the Holy Grail in regards to the "sexy stride", Where the kid is getting married and the father refers to the bride as having "Huge... 'Tracks of Land'". :D :lol

You're really rockin' and rollin' with your work as of late. Glyph really turned out nice! I enjoy all of the modifications you've done to here, and that blue came out so great! Care to discuss the paint application? You've really got a nice polish to it! :D
