On my way home from work I was listening to a Podcast off WGN in Chicago, Steve & Johnnie, Life After Dark, and they were interviewing British Correspondent Simon Thompson about Spiderman 3. This took place before the release in the US. He very much had the same opinion of Spiderman as me. So after they got done with that interview he says"Oh, I'll tell you what I did do, I saw the first 30 minutes of Transformers!" He said "It was Very Good, I thought it was gonna suk, but it was Absolutely Brilliant. It looks Amazing. People will be very surprised" I will try to post the link but you can find in on www.wgnradio.com under podcasts, Steve & Johnnie, dated 5/2/07. It is the Spiderman interview. If you are not interested in the Spidey part, the TF Comments start at about 9 minutes into the cast. If you drag the marker to 1:50 you will be right at the beginning. http://feeds.feedburner.com/wgnradio/steveandjohnnie
Yea, this does bode well for the movie. But hopefully the best parts of the movie do not only happen within the first 30 minutes
Cool, TF needs good press and they fact he thought it was going to suck, and then enjoyed it means there is a lot of hope for the movie.
awesome,AWESOME! AWE-SOME! Give... me... an A Give... me... an w Give... me... an e Give... me... an s WHAT'S THAT SPELL?! AAAOOHH YEAH! Give... me... an o Give... me... an m Give... me... an e i KNEW this movie was gonna be GOOD!
This does have me psyched, because I expected the opening 30 minutes to be the slowest and most robot-less section of the film.
Isn't it odd that everyone who saw the movie so far loved it? XD *waits for the haters to call this guy a "plant"*
