Why is everyone bitching about Soundwave 's alt mode. He was a fucking lamp post on Cybertron originally. Jesus! Anything is an upgrade

Every pic we see of Starscream has him ab crunching away. Either he is one of the only voyagers to have an ab crunch, he he is permanently like that. If he has a crunch, he's awesome. If he doesn't, not so awesome.

 

I still can't get over how Laserbeak and Ravage transform into plank shields. Who knew Soundwave was an SL1?

 

Reflector: Wow, I can't believe that "Deluxe Cyb.Satellite Reflector" actually happened! Definitely gotta get at least one, looks great.

Megatron: NAILED IT

Brunt: Would have preferred normal hands, but I can see why he has the claws. Very fun looking army builder!

Flywheels: He's cool I guess

Shockwave: Love the robot mode, and the space cruiser mode. The super mode looks stupid, but fortunately it's entirely optional so no problem.

Soundwave: Also great! Was kinda hoping for a space boombox, but this is cool too.

Starscream: Aaaaaand I figured there had to be a caveat to all this Siege awesomeness, and there it is. The robot is okay, but the Tetrajet is horrendous, even worse than the POTP jet. They did what I was afraid they would do, try to adapt the cartoon design directly. But the problem is, that stupid geometric shape was never going to lend itself to a transforming robot without either massive shellforming(Impossible Toys) or having lots of kibble hanging off in both modes(this).

Ah well, I might get Starscream just for having the big 4 together.


The Seeker mold is not what I'd hoped, but overall the Decepticon reveal was great!

 

I am kinda blown away. I said before that \"this toyline is my favourite ever\" but this time, I think it IS for sure.

 

here's hoping Refractor/Reflector/Refraktor won't be short packed. like 1:24 per deluxe box.

 

The more I look at it, the more I think it's less of an ab crunch, and more the way his hip skirt armor rotates with his legs, giving the impression of an ab crunch.

 

You might be right, but if that is the case, his crotch piece juts forward a bit.

 

The worst he can get is 1 in 8.

But he needs multiple units in multiple waves

 

So, I'm wondering if Soundwave may actually be able to fit G1/MP tapes. If so, that would kinda absolve the bullshit about them releasing the tapes AGAIN. I could just got MP with most of the other guys.

And, on Reflector, the last time we got a tropp builder Deluxe was the RID Vehicon, right? After the initial release, that never seemed to be hard to find. So as long as Reflector isn't saved for the last wave or anything, I don't think there will be an issue.

 

I'm very tempted to get Aimless for that zappy gun effect.

I wish Whisper had elbows, but at least he has hands.

And I NEED Flywheels and Brunt.

 

Refractor is sheer genius. Love how the guns turn to a tripod and the shields to the lens!
Brunt, I should have seen him coming, Trypticon had his parts-forming partner robot too! And is it me, or the big claws and treads on arms, plus that head and the cannon... this reminds me a LOT of the Centurion drones from IDW\'s Stormbringer.

 

Warden In the TFU.info and Unicron.com Interviews said they made major empfize that Reflector will be welly packed so enough will be out there. So I would expect 3 to a case. and he will probably be repacked in another wave.
