In the first episode, the Autobots were introduced to the populous as the city's 'latest superheroes', which of course implies that there are superheroes running around the world already.

I could see a one-shot episode with some kind of superhero (most of the human villains use or were created through technology, so a hero in the same vein makes sense), though I would expect the hero to be more a problem than a help, such as someone wanting to fight the Decepticons or otherwise help out, but just generally getting in the way more than anything, due to overconfidence or overprotectiveness.

I could see that making a good humor-based Animated episode, though not as a frequent recurring thing.

i personally like the idea of Spiderman or someone showing up, but this is the future, like 100 years later-wouldnt Parker be, well... ya. but i duno-i mean, spike is in the series a few times, so maybe it would be cool-but for like a one episode thing-id honestly prefer nothing but bots and cons, but then it makes the cons seem like fools, so i understand why they were added-and while id like spidey to be in it, i dont see it as likely. i wish, but like i said...

for every 1 autobot, i say we should have 12 really annoying super human characters

i like the humans, in my opinion, transformers NEEDS the humans lol in my opinion that was the big thing that bw and bm were lacking.

so i say go for it.

ICE CREAM MAN! PROTECTOR OF ALL SWEET FROZEN MILK BASED TREATS!

    ...

    runs away

I think Weird Al's fatman would fit well in the animated universe.
