I think it would be a interesting for the human cast if it only consisted of Sam, Cade, and very few others in a future movie.

Hopefully with Sam being more mature. He's does have his moments, but the writers have mess it more often by putting in awkward moments for his character. (Deep Wang, Sam's happy time)

Cade when he wasn't freaking out about his daughter was actually written well (for the movies) and I actually look forward to seeing more of him.

    What do you guys think?

No more humans. I just want a movie where the story revolves around the robots.

Honestly, I never hated Sam. He just got too much focus, and DOTM really struggled to find relevance for him. I wouldn't mind seeing him return, and I do think seeing him interact with the older, more serious Cade could be funny.

That actually would make it an animated movie at that point unless they decided to go G1 season 3 on us. Don't get me wrong, I would like more development for the Transformers but I would like like able human characters too. So far Cade seems a step in the right direction. Of course I would like the number of humans small like G1, Animated, or heck even Prime. But they have to have likable personalities and their story needs to flow perfectly and align with the Autobots. Much like Cade did with Optimus' storyline.

I'm not against the idea of a fully animated Transformers movie, otherwise I would be a hypocrite, I just don't want it to be in the Bayverse simply because well I feel like the shows would benefit more and it would fit in with it already being fully animated.

Now as for Sam, I wasn't too fond of him. I groaned whenever he was on screen and he always seemed to stick out like a sore thumb, even when he was with the Autobots. But nonetheless, I am interested in his story potential. Cemetery Wind tried to kill Cade and his daughter for hiding Optimus, yet it leaves you to wonder, what would they've done to Sam when the whole world knew of his connection to the Autobots.

I would like to know what happened to Sam. Perhaps he and Carly were forced to go into hiding because even if Bumblebee left, Cemetery Wind would have still gone after Sam for information. Also correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Sam still pretty much have the AllSpark information still in his mind. I don't think it was stated that the information left his mind, if he still has that it would mean that he would still be carrying valuable information.

Man these story ideas just write themselves. I just hope we at least get an explanation from Lennox otherwise I will be very disappointed.

I agree. Even though I loved Sam in TF1. I love how you said the ideas write themselves. In DOTM, Sam's story arc could've been about him becoming a semi-Transformer. The Allspark could've slowly transformed him, he could've been a fourteenth Prime, the first human Prime. That could've made him more related to the Transformers in DOTM. His job arc, to me, was almost pointless. DOTM didn't need to be what it was. It could have been Megatron v. Autobots and Sam. Just rather a greater focus on the Bots. They still could've had the Chicago war, but it could have been from Megatron reviving the sun harvester or something, transforming it into a space bridge of his own. They don't need to add "years ago" shit. They keep mushing around the lore.

I've had enough of Sam, thank-ye-very-much.
I'm more than happy enough to just have Cade, Lennox, and Epps in the same film.

I'm pretty sure Shia is disgusted with himself for doing the first three, so they'd have to recast the role of Panicking Spaghetti Man.

Edgy. Someone you love will get cancer one day and you'll deeply regret saying things like this.
