The IDW TF-Marvel crossover precedent has been done.

TF tech at either side of the human spectrum. (IDW's SkyWatch and Machination)

Despite the mini-series being a drag would you give it another chance now that it has a toyline with the TF brand?

Unlike TF Star Wars or Marvel Megamorphs, Crossovers Hulk and Iron Man are pilotless mechs.

Ick. No thank you. Some people might like mixing things up like that; I'm certainly not one of them. TFs and Marvel superheroes just really don't mesh for me (this even goes back to the neo-knights, Circuit breaker, and even Spiderman when they were in the original Marvel run).

    No. :2c:

IMO, having Spiderman appear in the 3rd issue of the original Marvel series was enough for me. Do not even get me started on that aweful TF/Avengers series, especially the blob that was dressed as "Wolverine".

Just because something makes a good toy crossover......(hint for Hasbro: G.I.Joe + TFs + great attention to detail = my hard earn money), does not mean it's a good idea to mix these properties in story form.

    Personally, not even GI Joe.
Crossovers INVARIABLY reduce one or the other franchise, and force them to compromise something important about the series.

    HAHAHAHA!

I don't mind the GI Joe/TF crossovers as long as they don't involve Unicron or Cobra La. Oh wait...

Not really. I enjoy the G.I. Joe ones, but the only crossovers I'd care to see beyond that would be something like Robotech or Voltron, something else that at least has giant robots in it. Though Megs vs. giant Iron Man was kinda cool. The Terminator idea mentioned a while back has some potential.

Eh, I'd rather see IDW do a straight TF Animated comic (instead of cinemanga-type 'photo album' books) than any more crossovers, at least for the foreseeable future. Even the Joe crossovers were getting more outlandish than they already were.

Still...a TF/Terminator book would be cool at least to look at (since unlike New Avengers/TF, it would utterly require an artist who can draw decently-looking mechs). And I'm still holding out for a TF/Simpsons match-up with Bongo...:D

Well I'm all in for crossovers, specially with GI Joe (although I would love to see one involving Starwars or DC Charachters). I see a lot of potential there, with superheroes it could work, but only with cool ones. Hopefully in a not so far future, when they're releasing Transformers 4 and GI Joe 3 we can get news about a crossover.
