Sell the Rock Lords and Dead End to help you complete the figure.

I say you should keep them all and check back at the store for more of the missing parts. They could be in other bags. 99% of the folks who put old junk in bags are people that Napolean Dynamite would think are dumb, they most likely have no clue what a headmaster is.

with out the head the desirability of the figure drops alot, I would not buy a Headmaster headless unless i had its head at home already. That said its really good shape so it may have some value but with out any of its accessories its gonna be a hard sell.

Id keep and try to complete it

well this was a flea market and I checked through all of the bags and boxes and couldn't find anything (passed on a polar claw missing...well everything) reminds me of the bags of figures at thrift stores no weapons whatsoever. I had scored a clean fangry chassis the other week with wing shield (the bugger was glued to the back but I managed to crack the glue and clean everything up) I kept that one and am throwing a viper head onto it for silliness (plus the gun is easier to find cheap) (still trying to find a way to replace the sparker flints in the 2 sparkabots I also picked up)I may hang onto the siren chassis for a bit and see if can get the other parts cheap if not well onto ebay it goes.

If you are not worried about having the original head you could get a cool replacement like the cobra from headrobots.com. :)

I had that with an Armada Unicron I found at a car boot sale. The main body was in one bag all stripped down and there were other Unicron pieces in another bag with a jumble of unrelated bits and pieces. I offered to match up the parts for the stallholder so he could get a better price and found the figure was only missing four of the little yellow missiles and was in great condition. Even had the instruction sheet and an Armada catalogue.
I went back later before the car boot sale ended and he still had the figure so I bought it for £4, which was what he was originally asking for the stripped down body. Bargain. :)
