The Walmart near me had 2x Shortround. Didn't see a Repugnus though. So that's Torrance, CA representing with the new.
Shortround didn't really scream 'BUY ME', so I didn't get one. I will wait till later. Repugnus on the other hand, well, no other hand, he is just a repaint of course, so I will wait. I remember when Armorhide came out and everyone thought it was going to be rare and all, now he is a peg warmer. Perhaps someone can agree or disagree on this but it seems that there are plenty of everything released in Cybertron. There has not been any shortpacking that I can see. I really can't see anything that would be like Energon Ultra Magnus, or TFU Soundwave in that regard. Thats why I really haven't been to nuts about snagging stuff the second I see it for fear that I will never find it again.

Wow, out in Cali already... that's unusual. Hope they show up at the LA area Targets soon. Don't know if I feel like driving out to the Torrance Walmart. Shortround really didn't appeal to me at first, but he looks better in the galleries- his lobster-claw hands are also pretty neat and Seacon-ish.
I have no interest for those figures at all. I am really looking forward to see Primus, Metroplex and Menasor most of all in the Cybertron line.
Seems as though the waves are small enough so that the line can be stretched out until the movie. My suggestion is a recolor of the car brothers from RID. just kidding. Can't wait for the giants...and also the giant planet mini-cons, which are small, but do have the word giant on the package.
