I thought if Shockwave got team of losters from Animated Decepticons means like.....

Shockwave (Leader)
Soundwave
Wasp
Oil Slick
Swindle


He see them as a tools of deception or failers of Optimus' and Rodimus' Teams.

 

How would Soundwave be part of his team?

yeah i agree i would see Shockwave having a team of cons that are already on the show.

 

I think it's terrible that it works better with Shockwave then Soundwave.
I can only conclude that Soundwave should have been bigger.

I think that if he ever does have his own team of Decepticons, they'll more than likely be new characters, and more like drones anyways. I can see Soundwave starting his own little group on Earth, comprised of several of his minions. He is supposed to be playing a much larger role in the third season afterall.

 

So, by that...

Earth-bound Decepticons are likely to get divided into two groups...

Aerial warriors :: Blitzwing, Lugnut, Femscream, Ramjet, Sunstorm.
Soundwave :: Soundwave, Laserbeak & other minions (hence Hasbro's plan to release Soundwave with new musical instrument).

 

We don't know that, plus I'm sure we will see a lot more of Soundwave in the next season

 

Are you sure about that? I typically don't disagree with you, but unless plans have changed, Soundwave is supposed to play a decently sized role in the third season. As for the toy, he's bound to be released more than once for filler, like a lot of the other figures.

 

Actually they never really stated he would have a descently sized role all that was said was they had big plans for soundwave it could very well have been exagerated or simply excitment he could come back in a single episode and honestly him having laserbeak in said episode could be the 'big plans' if they end up giving him a new minion that could really mean BIG plans. He is a cameo Decepticon, and lets face it even the core decepticons are really only reccuring characters not main characters the 5 Autobots and Sari are the main characters.

 

We shall call it "Shockwave and The left behind characters of TF:A"
