Shockwave should be brought in as the new number 2, he'd have a more rational clinical approach to keep Megatrons Megalomania in check... whilst all the while plotting to push megatron into complete madness and topple him from command!

I hate threads like this. What you're saying is that a character with the name Shockwave should be in the show. If they do put a character called Shockwave in the show, there is no garuntee he would look or act anything like the G1/Micron Legend/Energon/Animated/Movie character. And if you mean you want them to put the exact same character as any of his past itererations, than isn't that a little bit of a strike against creativity? I think the writers should be allowed to make their own characters, call them whatever they want, design them however they want and not have to worry about fanboys whining that they're favorite character from 25 years ago isn't in the show.

Sometimes there really is no need to fix things that aren't broken. Shockwave's thing is being a cyclops. It's actually startlingly unique in this brand. Let him keep it, I say.

 

I'm just messing around. Though my original point still stands in that it doesn't have to be the same character that just looks different. I guess the best example i could come up with is Prime Arcee, she looks and acts completely different from any other version of the character thus far, and i love that.

 

Yeah, but Arcee's original character was lame [imo]. Shockwave is awesome.
